How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all orders over £75/€90.

If the order is under the amount, see delivery charges below

Delivery to Ireland - £10/€12

Delivery to UK Mainland - £10.50/€12.60

Delivery to Northern Ireland - £7/€8.40

Do you deliver to US?

Unfortunately we don’t deliver to United States.

How long will my order take to deliver?

Standard Delivery is 3-10 working days.

Express Delivery is only applicable for some brands.

LIGHTING INFORMATION

I live near the coast; what lights do you recommend?

For coastal areas, we would recommend using lights with a Resin Material as they will last longer. Look out for Corrosion Free lights. Fumagalli Brand is popular for this area.

Do you offer bespoke lighting?

We supply lights from David Hunt & Light Shade Studio. They offer bespoke fittings; in that you can extend the length of the chain/cable upon request or you can change the colour of the fabric shade.

If you are buying in bulk or have a high value order, we can offer a level of discount depending on the item. Email orders@onlinelightingshop.co.uk for advice on this.

How do I return my order?

If you wish to return, you should contact our sales team at orders@onlinelightingshop.co.uk & we will guide you through the two options.

What if my order arrives damaged or is faulty?

In the unlikely case your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us via email on orders@onlinelightingshop.co.uk with images & explanation of the damage.
